Job summary

Walmart in Bolivar, MO seeks a dynamic store leader to guide and develop teams across store operations. You will coach associates, set clear expectations, and deliver exceptional customer service while managing budgets and merchandising to meet sales goals.

You will drive continuous improvement, lead by example in ethical practices, and promote a culture of belonging and accountability. Strong supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching training and listening to associates, touring stores and giving feedback.
• Drive store sales and financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting and controlling expenses.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, hiring training and mentoring.
• Ensure compliance with policies and support ethics and integrity, Open Door Policy.
