Resilience Behavioral Health in Willowbrook, IL is seeking a full-time Operations/Behavioral Health Technician to support administrative operations and direct client care across PHP, IOP, and outpatient tracks. This on-site role reports to the admin team and requires a day shift.

The position emphasizes supervision, coordination with clinical staff, and a commitment to a safe, structured environment for clients receiving treatment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of relevant behavioral health or direct care experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor milieu and provide direct client supervision to maintain a safe treatment environment.
• Assist with client check-in/out, attendance tracking, and coordination between clinical and administrative staff.
• Support clients with daily living needs and orient them to the program; escalate clinical concerns as needed.
• Document observations and incidents accurately per standards.
• Coordinate transportation, groups, and appointments across tracks.
• Maintain a clean, organized facility and flag safety needs to leadership.
• Provide general administrative support such as phones, filing, and data entry.
• De-escalate situations calmly following safety protocols.
