You will translate business needs into actionable IT solutions and guide cross-functional initiatives across health plan operations.

The role emphasizes experience in healthcare operations, project leadership, and analytical capabilities, with a focus on automation and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as listed; degree equivalency accepted.
• 6+ years of progressively responsible experience in business analysis, process improvement, healthcare operations, or project management.
• 2+ years leading projects, teams or employees.
• Experience gathering and documenting complex business requirements and translating them into actionable solutions.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, coaching, and professional development for Ops Business Analyst staff.
• Lead and manage the Ops BA function across operational domains.
• Establish standards for requirements, documentation, mapping, testing, and post-implementation validation.
• Prioritize BA resources based on priorities, risk, and capacity.
• Ensure BA team collaborates with IT, vendors, and stakeholders.
