Job summary

Gold Coast Health Plan is seeking a data analytics professional to perform advanced statistical analysis on healthcare and operational data, develop models, and deliver actionable insights across the enterprise.

The role focuses on building dashboards, automating KPIs, and collaborating with IT and analytics teams to enhance data assets in a cloud environment using SQL, Power BI, Python/R, and Azure tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years of data analysis, BI, or related work.
• Proficient in SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with Power BI or similar tool.
• Experience applying statistical methods to business problems.
• 9+ years of experience possible as alternative.
• In lieu of degree: relevant experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced statistical and quantitative analysis on healthcare, operations, claims, and membership data.
• Develop models and algorithms for anomalies, risks, and opportunities to support decisions.
• Create enterprise dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Automate recurring analytical processes and KPIs.
• Collaborate with IT and analytics teams to improve data assets.
