Job summary

Sherpa 6, Inc. seeks an Operations and Acquisitions SME to support JIATF 401 in integration, assessment, and operationalization of fixed-site C-sUAS.

You will advise the Fixed Site Capability Manager, connect requirements to acquisition decisions, and coordinate testing and transitions from initial capability to full operations. The role requires an Active Secret clearance (TS preferred), up to 50% travel, and collaboration across government, industry, and engineering teams in a fast-changing

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required; TS preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years supporting DoD/Army acquisition or strategic operations.
• Experience developing governance frameworks, strategic plans, and executive decision processes.
• Experience supporting senior executives, General Officers, or SES personnel.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic planning, portfolio integration, and alignment with leadership priorities.
• Develop governance structures, charters, SOPs, and executive decision-support materials.
• Coordinate with government, industry, and partners to translate priorities into executable requirements and milestones.
• Analyze processes, recommend improvements, and drive organizational change.
• Develop executive briefings, papers, and dashboards for leadership reviews.
