Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks an Urgent Requirements Analyst to support JIATF 401 within the DART Directorate.

You will lead intake, validate core capability needs, and translate gaps into actionable materiel or non-materiel requirements for rapid fielding of C-sUAS capabilities. The role requires active Secret clearance (TS/SCI potential), a bachelor’s with 10+ years or a master’s with 8+ years, and demonstrated senior military staff experience, with strong writing and Joint Planning Process

Qualifications

Active Secret clearance required with potential TS/SCI eligibility.
Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree with 8+ years.
Proven Senior Military Staff experience (Joint Staff/OSD/COCOM or equivalent).
Experience developing operational requirements and capability recommendations.
Strong knowledge of Counter-Unmanned System missions and related tech.
Ability to apply Joint Planning Process at senior levels; advance briefing skills.
Excellent written communication for plans, campaigns, and strategy documents.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR) during Intake Phase to receive, analyze, and validate needs.
Support identification and prioritization of C-sUAS gaps across DOTMLPF-P.
Translate capability gaps into defined materiel or non-materiel requirements with Effort Owners.
Develop, draft, and manage foundational capability and requirements documents.
Manage JFRP items and interface for JRAC, JROC, and JICRs for validation.
