Job summary

CAСI International Inc. is seeking an Operations Analyst to support Joint Interagency Task Force 401 (JIATF‑401) and advance counter‑UAS initiatives. You will contribute to mission success by coordinating operations, information sharing, and threat intelligence across defense and interagency partners.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, 8+ years of related experience, and a BA/BS. Travel is up to 25% and local.

Qualifications

University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 8+ years of related work experience.
An active DoW Secret Clearance is required.

Responsibilities

Provide technical/management leadership on major tasks or assignments, establish goals and plans to meet project objectives.
Interface with Senior management to coordinate with higher HQ, subordinate organizations, and external stakeholders; manage taskers and staffing packets.
Develop and publish organizational-level operations policies, procedures, orders, and communications (EXSUMs, Information Papers, Briefings, Reports, etc.).
Control, manage and schedule organizational resources (conference rooms, calendars, etc.).
Plan, resource and support organizational events (command and staff meetings, town halls, ceremonies).
Archive Operations functional documents; represent operations leadership at meetings and conferences; plan and manage facility requirements.
May support special requirements (FOIA, International Program, Government Vehicle Driver, Safety, Security, etc.).
