Job summary

CACI is seeking an Urgent Requirements Analyst to support JIATF 401 within the DART Directorate. The role focuses on validating core operational capability needs and translating warfighter gaps into defined materiel and non-materiel requirements for rapid fielding of C-sUAS solutions.

You will work with effort owners, manage JFRP items, and interface with JRAC, JROC, and JICRs to ensure formal validation and approval, delivering decision-ready materials to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance with potential for TS/SCI
• Experience developing operational requirements and capability recommendations
• Ability to brief senior leaders and work across joint/ interagency environments
• Knowledge of C-sUAS, DoD processes, and DOTMLPF-P concept

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary OPR during Intake to validate core needs
• Translate gaps into materiel or non-materiel requirements
• Develop, draft, and manage capability documents
• Manage JFRP items and interface with JRAC/JROC/JICRs
• Provide SME input to integrate C-sUAS into planning processes
• Prepare briefings, EXSUMs, and decision support correspondence
