Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks an experienced OPIR Systems Engineer to translate government needs into secure satellite architectures for national security space programs. You will influence cloud migration and modernization while mentoring engineers to become tomorrow's solutions architects.

You should have 5+ years in national security satellite systems (SIGINT/GEOINT), experience with DoD/IC ground systems, and a Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience with national security satellite systems for SIGINT or GEOINT.
Experience with large DoD or IC satellite ground systems, including OPIR.
Experience with mission systems and interfacing with mission management planners and operators on a technical level.
Knowledge of mission needs and conveying capabilities of software platforms.
Top Secret clearance.
HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Translate customer IT needs into a plan for satellite architectures and mission management requirements.
Mentor the next set of developers to help them grow into tomorrow's solutions architects.
Contribute to the modernization of national security space programs, including cloud migration and integration of advanced technology.
