Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in cybersecurity for space-related defense programs.
• Experience contributing to RMF processes and documentation.
• Experience analyzing cybersecurity architectures.
• Experience developing threat scenarios for Cyber Tabletop exercises or risk assessments.
• Experience designing security solutions for LAN/WAN or cloud environments.
• Ability to brief senior leaders and translate technical requirements for non-technical audiences.
• DoD 8140 Intermediate certifications (Security+, GSEC, CSSLP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessments of current security posture and recommend mitigations across the portfolio.
• Partner with cyber personnel to track and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Serve as central security authority to drive findings into actionable channels.
• Advise Chief Engineers to embed critical security modifications in roadmaps.
• Ensure vital cybersecurity requirements are prioritized in government funding requests.
• Serve as the senior architectural authority for the government customer.
