Job summary

BAART Programs in Vermont is seeking a Treatment Center Director to lead the Opiate Treatment Program, overseeing nurses, counselors and staff while ensuring daily operations and performance targets are met. You will manage budget, regulatory compliance and quality care, partner with Medical Director and QA/QI teams, and drive census growth through effective leadership and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Understanding of clinic operations and substance abuse.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, federal/state & CARF standards & regulations.
• Demonstrated organizational and leadership skills with ability to supervise staff.
• Strategic thinker able to recommend solutions and monitor outcomes.
• Self-starter capable of autonomous work and generating ideas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and performance of the OTP clinic.
• Manage OTP clinic operations to budgeted/planned results.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, and training of clinic staff.
• Evaluate, manage, counsel and terminate personnel as needed.
• Provide direction to clinic staff and relay corporate goals and objectives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with SAMHSA, DEA, CARF, JCAHO, HIPAA, etc.
