Job summary

BAART Programs is seeking an accountable leader to manage our Opiate Treatment Program clinic, directing a diverse team of nurses, counselors and staff to deliver high‑quality patient care while achieving operational goals.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, budget oversight, and the ability to drive performance and census growth in a compliant outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, Federal, State & CARF standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and performance of the OTP clinic.
• Hire, train and evaluate clinic staff; manage performance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with SAMHSA, DEA, CARF, JCAHO, HIPAA.
• Develop reports on KPIs and drive census growth and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Medical Director, Compliance Manager and QA/QI teams.
