BAART Programs is seeking a Treatment Center Director/Program Director to lead the Opiate Treatment Program clinic, ensuring efficient daily operations and budgeted performance. You will manage nurses, counselors, and staff while aligning with corporate goals and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include staff hiring/training, KPI reporting, census growth, and collaboration with the Medical Director and QA/QI teams to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance across federal/state

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Understanding of clinic operations and experience in substance abuse settings.
• Demonstrated organizational and leadership skills with supervision experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with autonomous work style.
• Customer service focus and ability to drive census growth.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees operation and performance of the OTP clinic within budgeted targets.
• Interviews, hires, trains, and evaluates clinic staff.
• Ensures compliance with regulators (SAMHSA, DEA, CARF, JCAHO, HIPAA, etc.) and manages filings and licensure.
• Develops and monitors KPIs; provides regular performance reports.
• Leads efforts to grow patient census and drive operational efficiencies.
• Coordinates with Medical Director, compliance, QA/QI and marketing as needed.
