Coastal Horizons Center, Inc. seeks a qualified clinician to provide individual and group counseling to patients enrolled in the Opioid Treatment Program. Early morning hours and a Monday–Friday schedule are required, with 40 hours per week.

The role emphasizes relapse prevention, coordination with medical staff, and thorough documentation of treatment plans, adhering to HIPAA and regulatory standards. CSAC-I or LCAS registration and 1+ year of SUD/MAT experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Registration with NCSAPPB as CSAC-I, LCAS.
• At least 1 year of experience with substance use disorder patients preferred.
• Experience in medication assisted treatment programs preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual and group counseling to OTP patients.
• Coordinate care with clinical and medical teams.
• Document interactions and maintain treatment plans and adherence to standards.
• Monitor patient progress and clinical activities per regulatory requirements.
• Educate patients and families on opioid use disorder and MAT.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case consultations.
• Adhere to HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2 and regulatory requirements.
