Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher with knowledge of wellness and recovery concepts.
• Registration with NCSAPPB as CSAC-I, LCAS.
• One year or more of experience with substance use disorder patients preferred.
• One year or more of experience working in medication assisted treatment programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling to patients in the Opioid Treatment Program.
• Coordinate care with clinical and medical teams; review treatment plans.
• Document all clinical activities per regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and families on opioid use disorder and MAT.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case consultations.
