Job summary

Wyoming Department of Health, Public Health Division, seeks a detail-oriented Community Prevention Grants and Contracts Coordinator to support overdose prevention across Wyoming. You will manage grants, contracts, budgets, and partnerships to ensure effective programs, reporting, and accountability.

Responsibilities include administering the OD2A grant, overseeing related contracts, and coordinating with contractors, local partners, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of grant administration, including funding requirements and reporting.
• Knowledge of contract management, procurement processes, and policies.
• Ability to manage budgets, review invoices, track expenditures, and maintain records.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate OD2A grant activities, reporting deadlines, and objectives.
• Oversee OD2A contracts, invoices, and deliverables.
• Develop RFPs, contract documents, and procurement activities.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Build relationships with overdose prevention partners and maintain monthly communication.
• Collect, analyze, and report program performance data and outcomes.
• Assist Unit Manager in coordinating prevention initiatives and resource use.
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to support Wyoming-wide prevention goals.
