Job summary

State of Wyoming is seeking a Senior Grants and Contract Administration Specialist in the Division of Victim Services. The role oversees a 1/3 region of the state, writing and reviewing sub-grantee contracts, allocating funding, and ensuring compliance with state and federal rules.

The position includes travel and provides training to sub-grantee programs. Under the Deputy Director, you will monitor performance, develop funding strategies, and assist in federal grant management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field required.
• 0–3 years of progressive work experience (or 4–6 with substitution) for level II.
• Experience with grants, contracts, or agency budgeting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage 20+ program funding reimbursements timely and accurately.
• Travel statewide to oversee sub-grantees and reimburse travel expenses.
• Review sub-grantee applications, budgets, and contracts for compliance and funding eligibility.
• Develop and monitor sub-grantee contracts, grant awards, and funding allocations.
• Provide training and technical assistance to sub-grantee programs and stakeholders.
