Job summary

Central Florida Behavioral Health Network, Inc. is seeking an Opioid Fiscal Coordinator in Tampa. This temporary full-time contractor role validates financial aspects of Opioid purchase agreements and audits invoices and costs.

The role supports an important organizational initiative and offers competitive compensation, benefits, and paid time off, subject to policy. The position requires an Associates degree with two years of related experience and strong Excel and GAAP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in a related field and two years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience working in not-for-profit behavioral health is a plus.
• Experience with GAAP is required.

Responsibilities

• Audit, verify, and consolidate subcontractor invoices into funder-required exhibits; review, approve, or reject invoices for Opioid Projects.
• Process provider cost reimbursement packets and review expenditures for providers with alternative payment methodologies to ensure costs are allowable, reasonable, and necessary.
• Review quarterly match submissions in Carisk for compliance.
• Review Network Service Provider Exhibit A submissions to ensure accuracy and compliance with contract requirements.
• Review provider audits and Federal Clearinghouse submissions, conduct financial risk assessments, issue PIPs when necessary, perform audit confirmations, and complete audit checklists.
• Summarize, analyze, and generate financial reports as requested by the CFO or Director of Finance.
• Assist the Finance Department with special projects as assigned.
