Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Florida is seeking a program professional to assist with implementation and oversight of opioid response programs. The role involves data collection, reporting, and monitoring of clinical quality metrics to meet state and federal standards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in social services and experience with Florida’s adult mental health/substance abuse system, plus prior supervision of SUD/OUD programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social services, or similar field.
• Experience with Florida’s Adult mental health/substance abuse system.
• Previous experience overseeing SUD/OUD programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementation and oversight of State Opioid Response and Opioid Settlement programs.
• Assist with data collection, reporting, and monitor clinical quality metrics for programs.
• Coordinate with Opioid Integrated Care Program Manager and serve as backup as needed.
• Ensure contractual requirements align with state and national standards by providers.
• Provide programmatic technical assistance and training, internal and external.
• Develop, run, and analyze reports/trends for programs and special projects.
• Demonstrate understanding of Florida public mental health/substance abuse system to assure compliance.
• Understand funder contractual requirements.
• Travel as required.
