Ophelia, a healthcare startup delivering FDA-approved treatment for opioid use disorder via telehealth, is seeking a Senior Analyst to strengthen our FP&A function across multi-state operations.

You'll own monthly close, reporting, budget vs actuals, and ROI analyses, partnering with Operations, Technology, Marketing, and People teams. This is a remote role with growth opportunities and a mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FP&A, accounting, or a similar analytical finance role with monthly close ownership.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; ability to audit and correct models.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with data-backed decision-making.
• Healthcare experience, multi-state operations, or regulated environments preferred.
• Passion for expanding evidence-based addiction treatment access.
• Experience with Netsuite, Claude for Excel or BI tools is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own recurring components of the monthly close and work with our accounting partner on the close calendar.
• Draft monthly reporting packages covering P&L, budgets, and leadership decks.
• Maintain state-level budget vs actual reporting and explain variances.
• Prepare external financial deliverables for boards and lenders.
• Support annual planning and re-forecast cycles with department leads.
• Run ad hoc ROI analyses in collaboration with business partners.
