Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of experience as a Veterinary Assistant in GP, ER, or specialty
• Interest and excitement for Veterinary Ophthalmology
• Experience with practice management software (ezyVet)

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients including supporting consultations and ophthalmic surgical sanitization
• Assist Doctor and Technicians in providing a seamless client and patient appointment experience
• Handling and restraint of patients for consultation exams and sample collection
• Handling and submission of patient samples to in-house and external laboratories
• Thorough cleaning, organization, and stocking of exam rooms and treatment areas
