Job summary

Windward Eye is seeking an experienced Ophthalmic Technician to join our physician‑owned ophthalmology practice in Kailua, HI. You will assist ophthalmologists with patient evaluations, diagnostic testing, in‑office procedures, and patient education, delivering an efficient and positive patient experience.

Windward Eye, a physician‑owned ophthalmology practice, is seeking an experienced Ophthalmic Technician who is passionate about delivering exceptional eye care and working as part of a collaborative team.

In this role, you will assist our ophthalmologists with patient evaluations, diagnostic testing, in‑office procedures, and patient education while helping create an efficient and positive experience for every patient. We are looking for a technician with prior ophthalmology experience who is confident working independently and excited to bring their knowledge and leadership to our growing clinical team.
