EyeCare Partners LLC in Columbus, OH is seeking a Surgical Coordinator to manage pre- and post-surgery communications, coordinate scheduling, and assist patients with financial counseling. You will work within the Ophthalmology department, report to the Manager of Pre-Surgery Services, and help ensure a seamless patient experience with standard Monday–Friday hours and potential early/late shifts.

Responsabilités

• Schedule surgery and pre-surgery education; coordinate with facilities.
• Schedule and coordinate pre-op appointments for patients and caregivers.
• Check insurance benefits, prepare cost summaries, and counsel patients on finances.
• Counsel patients on Physician Fee and Eye Surgery Center costs.
• Follow up on and collect surgery payments.
