Job summary

Dompé is seeking an Associate Director, RWE Ophthalmology to lead the design, execution, and dissemination of real-world evidence across ophthalmology programs. The role partners with Medical Indications Lead and HEOR to ensure strategic, publication-ready evidence that informs payor and formulary discussions.

Ideal candidates hold an advanced degree in epidemiology or related field with 5+ years in RWE/outcomes research and strong publication experience in ophthalmology or related areas.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in epidemiology or related field.
• 5+ years in real-world evidence or outcomes research with observational study design.
• Therapeutic experience in ophthalmology or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage ophthalmology-focused observational studies, registries, and analyses.
• Oversee interpretation of RWE findings with appropriate caveats about data limitations.
• Lead data linkage across sources and ensure data privacy and ethics oversight.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor deliverables for ophthalmology RWE studies.
• Translate results into publications, presentations, and strategic insights.
