Job summary

Dompé is seeking an Associate Director, Real World Evidence Generation Ophthalmology to lead RWE studies across its ophthalmology portfolio. You will design, execute, and disseminate evidence with scientific rigor, partnering with medical and HEOR teams to align with strategy and publications.

The role requires epidemiology expertise and ophthalmology knowledge to shape data sources, analytic approaches, and regulatory considerations. Remote work options may be available for this senior position.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in epidemiology, outcomes research, or related field.
• 5+ years in real-world evidence or outcomes research.
• Therapeutic experience in ophthalmology or strong familiarity.
• Experience with real-world data sources and methodological tradeoffs.
• Strong written and verbal scientific communication, including publications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, execution, and dissemination of ophthalmology real-world evidence studies across Dompé's portfolio.
• Partner with Global Medical Indication Lead for ophthalmology to align evidence generation with strategy.
• Oversee study design, data linkage, and analytic approaches with rigorous standards.
• Ensure regulatory, ethical, and data privacy compliance; manage budgets and vendor deliverables.
• Translate study results into publications and internal/external communications.
