Job summary

You will oversee program activities, recruit and manage data using MedHub, and act as a key liaison among residents, faculty and staff in a dynamic educational environment.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; quick learner of new software systems.

Responsibilities

• Support ophthalmology residency program operations and daily oversight.
• Collaborate with program director and GME Office to ensure compliance with accreditation guidelines.
• Develop and direct program activities including planning, recruitment, policy updates and data management using MedHub.
