The ideal candidate has 7+ years in RCM and client services, strong analytic skills, and a background in ophthalmology workflows, injections, diagnostics, and office vs. surgery billing. Remote US role with quarterly travel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Revenue Cycle Management with client services or account management.
• Deep understanding of ophthalmology, optometry and retina workflows.
• Experience managing offshore operations, preferably in India.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into action.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client-facing leader for ophthalmology, optometry and retina practices.
• Apply detailed knowledge of ophthalmology workflows and injection billing.
• Develop and manage structured agendas, meeting recaps and action plans.
• Act as project manager between clients and operations across U.S. and India teams.
• Conduct and deliver Customer Business Reviews (CBRs) with performance insights.
• Coordinate with India operations to optimize ophthalmology workflows.
• Monitor KPIs and provide analytics on payer trends, visit mix, and billing efficiency.
• Lead escalations and identify opportunities for service and process improvements.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
