Job summary

EyeCare Partners LLC is seeking a Revenue Cycle Management Vision Specialist to act as a subject matter expert in RCM processes for EyeCare Partner Vision Practices. Responsibilities include billing, coding, payment posting, A/R follow up, insurance claims submission and handling patient service inquiries.

The role requires 3+ years in Medical Insurance Billing, preferably in ophthalmology, with CPT/ICD-10 knowledge, strong communication, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPC, RHIT, CCS, or CMC coding credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and transmit vision claims using billing software including electronic, website submission, and paper claim processing.
• Post payments electronically and manually into the practice management system.
• Handle denial management and follow-up on unpaid claims within standard billing cycles.
• Communicate with patients and insurance companies to resolve account questions and discrepancies.
