UT Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Practice Administrator for the Ophthalmology Department to provide executive-level leadership across multiple practice sites. You will drive operational performance, financial sustainability, and strategic growth in patient care and education.

The role leads staff development, vendor and contract management, and ensures compliance with federal/state regulations while partnering with physicians and health system leadership to advance clinic

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Bachelor's in business/healthcare admin is required.
• 3 years of effective leadership experience in a healthcare environment with a Master's Degree or 5 years with a Bachelor's.

Responsibilities

• Oversee optimization, growth, performance, safety and financial results for designated clinics across locations.
• Develop staffing models, workflows, and staff development plans.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance, regulatory adherence, and risk management across clinics.
