You will drive growth, oversee financials, scheduling, training, and compliance while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business/healthcare management, 2+ years of practice management, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or related field.
• Two (2) years of healthcare office management or industry-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for practice growth and revenue diversification across locations.
• Monitor local market developments and implement planning initiatives.
• Develop and administer ongoing marketing efforts to inform patients about services.
• Oversee financial operations including billing, budgeting and reporting.
• Manage day-to-day operations: scheduling, meetings, inventory, training, and duties.
• Guide equipment usage, medical chart handling, insurance and billing policies.
• Compile operational reports to guide improvements and profitability.
• Lead the office through coaching and focused support.
• Collaborate with leadership and HR on recruitment and employee relations.
• Assist in process improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.
• Train staff to provide world-class patient experience.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
