Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of related experience or training.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to other clinics as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service during every patient encounter (in person or via phone).
• Answer phones and assure prompt, courteous service.
• Manage patient flow in the office and coordinate check-in/out.
• Verify insurance information and collect correct payments when applicable.
• Perform daily reconciliations and maintain cash drawer.
