Responsibilities

• To assess, diagnose and treat or transfer patients attending the stand-alone UTC at Chase Farm in the capacity of a General Practitioner.
• To work as part of the multidisciplinary team to provide exemplary clinical care and patient experience.
• To use a primary care approach, with the use of limited diagnostics and encouragement, to refer back to patients own GP wherever possible.
