Job summary

Ridge Eye Care, Inc. is seeking a Physician Assistant for Cascade Eye Care, with travel to other clinic locations as needed. You will provide direct patient care in collaboration with ophthalmologists, perform procedures, educate patients, and maintain documentation.

The role requires PA licensure in California (or eligibility), BLS, and strong clinical judgment. Travel between clinics may be required, with a focus on high-quality patient care in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current Physician Assistant certification and California license or eligibility.
• Active BLS certification or ability to obtain.
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients, including histories, examinations and treatment planning.
• Perform ophthalmic procedures within training and scope of practice.
• Assist physicians with in-office and surgical procedures.
• Provide patient education and follow-up care.
• Document care accurately in the EMR and coordinate follow-up as directed by supervision.
