Mass General Brigham seeks an administrative professional to provide general administrative and operational support to the Practice Manager at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary. The role includes payroll approvals, report generation, training new hires, and stepping in as Acting Manager when the Practice Manager is unavailable.
Responsibilities span coordinating daily activities across clinical departments, covering site operations, improving workflows, and maintaining documentation.

Provides general administrative and operation support to the Practice Manager. Performs a variety of tasks specifically aimed toward the organizational mission which include but not limited to: general administrative support, project coordination, monthly metrics reports, approving payroll, report generation, training new hires, and process implementation. Also steps in to be Acting Manager in the event a Practice Manager is out for an extended period of time.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience operating in an administrative capacity and/or work involving administrative project coordination. Strong organizational skills a must. Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required. Excellent communication skills (verbal/written), ability to work with a team and independently. Healthcare background preferred.
