Job summary

Fortrea is seeking Experienced Ophthalmology Sr CRAs and CRA 1/2s to lead and support our Full Service Outsourcing team. Open to major hub locations on the East & West Coast, with 60-70% travel. Role spans ophthalmology and general medicine CRA responsibilities across multiple sites.

The candidate will monitor studies, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams. A background in clinical monitoring and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree or allied health certification required.
• 1-3 years of clinical monitoring experience.
• Open to hub locations across major US regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Fortrea's Full Service Outsourcing team in ophthalmology and general medicine CRA roles.
• Monitor sites, conduct visits, maintain study files per protocol.
• Ensure informed consent procedures and protocol requirements are followed.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage project plans; assist with training of new staff.
• Travel 60-70% (domestic and international) and be a local client contact where assigned.
