Job summary

Fortrea is seeking Experienced Ophthalmology Sr CRAs and CRA 1/2 to lead and support our Full Service Outsourcing team. The role requires 60-70% travel and 8-10 DOS per month to manage sites across major hubs on the East and West Coasts.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of clinical monitoring experience and a university degree or allied health certification. This fast-paced role emphasizes patient safety, regulatory compliance, and data quality across multiple trials.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of clinical monitoring experience.
• Open to hub locations on East & West Coasts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage study sites, conduct pre-study and initiation visits, liaise with vendors.
• Perform on-site monitoring and site management as per project plans.
• Ensure patient safety and informed consent procedures per regulatory requirements.
• Ensure data integrity and CRF review per guidelines.
• Assist training of new staff and coordinate local project activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
