Job summary

Fortrea is seeking experienced CRAs with Ophthalmology monitoring experience for roles across major hubs in the United States. Positions include Sr. CRA and CRA1/CRA2 levels with 1–2 years of monitoring experience for some roles, and significant regional travel (60–70% overnight).

Qualifications

• Ophthalmology monitoring experience required.
• 4+ years of clinical monitoring experience for Sr. CRAs.
• 60-70% overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all aspects of study site monitoring, including routine monitoring and close-out of sites, maintenance of study files, initiation visits, liaise with vendors.
• Oversee site management per project plans and conduct general on-site monitoring.
• Ensure protocol staff are trained and that informed consent and protocol requirements are followed.
• Verify data integrity on CRFs and data collection tools; monitor source data quality.
• Assist with training of new staff and coordinate designated clinical projects as needed.
