Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop divisional budget with CAO and Finance, prepare analyses and dashboards.
• Conduct annual reviews with faculty in supported divisions.
• Collaborate with Ambulatory Operations to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with Revenue Manager to interpret reports and billing processes.
• Promote teamwork between administrative and clinical staff across locations.
• Assist with marketing/communications planning and division growth initiatives.
• Monitor research activity and manage funding for CRCs and fellows.
