The St. Luke’s Physician provides ophthalmologic services in the general care and treatment of patients in both practice and hospital settings. Physician provides comprehensive services for patients on a continuing basis. Physician will provide high quality, cost effective medical care. This individual will also participate in quality, patient satisfaction and performance improvement initiatives.

PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS:
Requires sitting for up to seven hours per day, four hours at a time. Standing for up to four hours per day, one hour at a time. Requires occasional fingering, handling and twisting. Occasionally requires lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Occasionally requires reaching above shoulder level. Must have the ability to
