Job summary

Northwest Eye Surgeons is seeking a Technician Team Supervisor to lead our ophthalmic technicians and support efficient, high-quality patient care. You will manage daily workflows, coordinate assignments, and partner with physicians to uphold clinical standards.

This leadership role combines hands-on ophthalmic work with mentoring and training, including hiring and performance reviews. Travel to other locations is required as needed; COA or COT certification and prior ophthalmic experience are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• COA or COT certification required.
• Prior ophthalmic technician experience required.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in mentoring or supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technician assignments and daily workflows.
• Mentor, train, and support team members.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
• Serve as primary contact for physician and optometrist team.
• Support patient flow and clinic templates to promote efficient operations.
• Travel to other locations as needed.
