Northwest Eye Surgeons is seeking an experienced Technician Team Supervisor to lead ophthalmic technicians and ensure efficient clinic operations. You will mentor staff, assist with hiring and evaluations, and coordinate with physicians and clinic teams to deliver high-quality patient care.

The role emphasizes leadership, team development, and collaboration in a patient-focused environment, with potential travel to other locations as needed.

Qualifications

• COA or COT certification required.
• Prior ophthalmic technician experience required.
• Demonstrated leadership experience including mentoring, training, or supervision.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to ophthalmic technicians and maintain clinic operations.
• Mentor and train team members to develop clinical skills.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations as appropriate.
• Coordinate care with physicians, optometrists, and clinic staff to ensure efficient workflows.
• Travel to other company locations as needed.
