ReFocus Eye Health is actively seeking an Ophthalmic Technician to join our growing ophthalmology team. You will gather patient information, perform initial testing, and assist with procedures to ensure high-quality eye care.

Responsibilities

• Elevate patient care: work with ophthalmologists to gather patient information for accurate diagnoses and personalized plans.
• Master ophthalmic testing: conduct preliminary examinations including visual acuity and pupillary responses.
• Perform diagnostics: administer tests such as OCT, perimetry, and ophthalmic imaging.
• Assist in surgical procedures: support ophthalmologists during minor surgeries and laser procedures.
• Streamline patient flow: manage clinic and imaging room workflows with clinical staff.
• Administer eye drops: certification required.
• Contribute to clinic efficiency: handle administrative and clinical tasks to maintain smooth operations.

Our established multi-specialty Ophthalmology group is seeking a skilled professional to join our friendly and dedicated team. If you're an Ophthalmic Technician passionate about providing exceptional patient care and eager to grow in a supportive environment, we want to hear from you!

Part time - 2 days per week (Tuesday & Thursday) !! // $1,000 sign on bonus

Your Impact:

• Elevate patient care: Work closely with our ophthalmologists to gather comprehensive patient information, ensuring accurate diagnoses and personalized treatment plans.
• Master ophthalmic testing: Conduct thorough preliminary examinations, including visual acuity, pupillary responses, and more.
• Perform advanced diagnostics: Administer a range of diagnostic tests, such as OCT, perimetry, and ophthalmic photography.
• Assist in surgical procedures: Support ophthalmologists during minor surgeries, laser procedures, and crosslinking.
• Streamline patient flow: Efficiently manage patient flow in clinic and imaging rooms, collaborating with clinical staff.
• Administer eye drops: (Certification Required)
• Contribute to clinic efficiency: Perform clinical and administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth and organized workflow.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
