ReFocus Eye Health in Hatboro, PA seeks an Ophthalmic Technician to join our ophthalmology team. You will perform testing, collect patient data, and support clinicians to deliver high-quality eye care.

Mon-Fri 7:30-4p, up to 40 hours weekly, with travel to Penndel. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; COA certification is a bonus and may be preferred for advancement.

  • Perform diagnostics: Administer tests like OCT, perimetry, and ophthalmic photography.
  • Assist in surgical procedures: Support ophthalmologists during minor surgeries and laser procedures.
  • Streamline patient flow: Manage patient flow in clinic and imaging rooms with the clinical staff.
  • Contribute to clinic efficiency: Perform clinical and administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.

Your Impact:
  • Elevate patient care: Work closely with our ophthalmologists to gather comprehensive patient information, ensuring accurate diagnoses and personalized treatment plans.
  • Master ophthalmic testing: Conduct thorough preliminary examinations, including visual acuity, pupillary responses, and more.
  • Perform advanced diagnostics: Administer a range of diagnostic tests, such as OCT, perimetry, and ophthalmic photography.
  • Assist in surgical procedures: Support ophthalmologists during minor surgeries, laser procedures, and crosslinking.
  • Streamline patient flow: Efficiently manage patient flow in clinic and imaging rooms, collaborating with clinical staff.
  • Administer eye drops: (Certification Required)
  • Contribute to clinic efficiency: Perform clinical and administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth and organized workflow.
