EyeCare Partners in Mine Hill, NJ is seeking an Ophthalmic Technician/Scribe to support ophthalmologists in a busy clinic. You will perform preliminary patient workups, assist with examinations, and document visits in the EMR while delivering excellent patient service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of related experience and/or training.
• COA/COT certification or OSC preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with EMR and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service during patient encounters.
• Greet patients, manage clinic flow, and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Record patient medical history and current medications.
• Document all data and procedures in the EMR.
• Assist physicians with examinations and related procedures.
