Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent.
• COA/COT preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor in preliminary testing and evaluations.
• Verify patient information and insurance details.
• Communicate with patients, doctors, and managers effectively.
• Answer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
