Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of related experience and/or training.
• COA/COT certification preferred but not required.
• Proficient with EMR systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient service during every encounter.
• Greet patients professionally and maintain a courteous demeanor.
• Assist Ophthalmologist and prepare patients for exams.
• Document data accurately in the EMR system.
• Maintain rooms and equipment, ensure supplies are stocked.
• Comply with HIPAA and clinic policies.
