EyeCare Partners is seeking an Ophthalmic Technician in Bowling Green, KY to support ophthalmologists by performing initial testing and assisting during exams. This role offers training and growth within a clinically oriented eye care team.

Responsibilities include testing, patient information verification, effective communication with patients and staff, and EMR data entry. Travel to Glasgow may be required; strong focus on patient care and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of related experience and/or training.
• Current COA/COT certification preferred, not required.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and office software.

Responsabilités

• Assist the doctor in preliminary testing and exams.
• Verify patient information and insurance details.
• Communicate effectively with patients, doctors, and staff.
• Maintain patient records in the EMR system.
• Provide general office support and cleanliness as needed.
