ICON Eyecare is seeking a full-time Ophthalmic Technician for our Westminster clinic. We offer training and a welcoming team dedicated to high-quality eye care. You will assist with preliminary testing and support doctors during patient visits.

Qualifications

• Experience in ophthalmology setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous ophthalmic technician experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for medical eye exams with the clinical doctor by completing preliminary testing.
• Complete prior authorizations for patient medications.
• Utilize EHR system to capture patient history and vision concerns.
• Support patient experiences by delivering compassionate care.
• Represent the clinic values through accountability, problem solving, and teamwork.
