ICON Eyecare is seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist in Aurora, CO. You will greet patients, manage calls, provide information on procedures, and handle billing and scheduling with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Two years of patient/customer care experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Exceptional customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients as they arrive at the office in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer, assist, and direct all incoming calls to appropriate parties in a professional, courteous and timely manner.
• Explain general patient questions and refer questions beyond scope to appropriate staff.
• Quote and discuss surgical/service fees, co-pays, payment policies and financing options with patients.
• Check patients in and out and schedule appointments.
• Bill visits through insurance, collect payments, and enter CPT/ICD-10 codes.
• Assist with end-of-day counts and prepare accurate deposits.
