Job Title: Ophthalmic Technician at Vision Innovation Partners

Join our team at Vision Innovation Partners as an Ophthalmic Technician. Located at Bucks Mont Eye Associates in Sellersville, PA, we are committed to protecting and restoring vision. We offer on-the-job training and support your certification process.

Responsibilities:

• Assist providers with diagnostic and treatment procedures
• Take medical histories and verify patient information
• Perform visual function and diagnostic tests, including applanation tonometry, refraction, and retinoscopy
• Use tools such as Humphrey field analyzer and OCT for eye measurements
• Inform ophthalmologist about changes in patient's visual acuity and issues
• Prepare patients for eye exams by dilating eyes
• Explain proper use of eye drops, medications, and contact lenses
• Assist with inventory management

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience with EMR tools is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
